Life can be stressful and it is important that we all take time out for ourselves in order to keep our bodies and minds fit and healthy, both physically and emotionally.
Meditation classes are held in a safe environment and are suitable for everyone, whether or not you have had previous experience.
Many people have struggled with meditation in the past as they state they “cannot clear their mind”. However, there are many different forms of meditation and I work with you to find the one you resonate better with and identify ways of incorporating this into your everyday life.
My meditation classes are also focussed on individual self development and for this reason I incorporate many self development techniques to aid and assist for example Power of Positive Thinking, Mood Boards, Stress Management, Working with Crystals to name but a few.
