Very different to conventional wax candles, Hopi Ear Candles are actually a cotton tube impregnated with beeswax, honey and therapeutic oils.  It is painlessly inserted into the ear to where it is thought to draw out impurities, relieve pressure in the head and sinuses and aid hearing problems.

A full lymphatic drainage massage to the face and ear area follows the candling treatment to ensure maximum clearing.

Ear candling is believed to be particularly beneficial to those suffering from excessive ear wax, glue ear, sinus problems and neuralgia. 

Ear Candling is an extremely relaxing treatment and the shamans believe that the fire from the candle also cleanses and clears the body chakra system promoting homeostatis throughout the body.   It is an excellent treatment for those who have a busy life and needing to “clear their head”.
