I run a day workshop the "Introduction to Crystals" in Bognor Regis, West Sussex, focussing on crystals and their unique energies. During this workshop we will look at :

• How to connect to a crystal’s unique energies.
• How to utilise crystals for both your own wellbeing and that within your home.
• Different uses for crystals.

Meditation with crystals will be undertaken to show how to utilise individual crystal energies for your own personal empowerment.
