I provide a two hour "essential oil" workshop in Bognor Regis. Each workshop focusses on an individual essential oil.  We will look at ways of utilising this oil for both physical and emotional ailments, how this oil can  be utilised for you and your home and even how to use this oil in your cooking.

Description : This is a hands on introduction workshop identifying therapeutic benefits of individual essential oils and how these may be utilised for the benefit of healing .... both for yourself and others. Topics to include physical, spiritual and emotional wellbeing. We will be working with four oils and full information given for each. We will be identifying how to use these oils in our everyday life and will also be making products for you to take home. All ingredients and containers included in price.
